Make sure you include some proteins and vegetables in each meal. You can skip the carbs or keep them to a minimum quantity, if you want to lose weight. But do not skip any meals. Have three meals a day, preferably within an 8 hour period [10 am- 6pm] and do not snack during the remaining time.
