1. Rise Early

The first step to getting up early is sleeping early. Waking up early takes more than just willpower to battle the alarm clock. Your body needs enough sleep and rest for it to be rejuvenated and ready to tackle the day.

If get into a practice of sleeping early, y0u will find that your body knows when it has had enough rest and you will be able to naturally wake up early in the morning.

3. Exercise

5. Plan and Prioritize
